Five ways to work together

Start with your actual contribution.

The models below are starting points, not automatically granted rights or prices.

01 / HI-DRONIC

Commercial partner

You identify a customer, clarify the project and arrange an introduction. HI-DRONIC studies the site or equipment requirement and agrees the commercial next steps with you.

  • Customer relationship and lead qualification
  • Scope, attribution and remuneration in a separate mandate
  • No assumed territory or automatic commission
02 / HI-DRONIC

Reseller

You prospect, qualify requirements and lead the sales relationship. HI-DRONIC supports solution selection, technical documentation, training and agreed after-sales help.

  • Selected products and partner price list by agreement
  • Orders, delivery, training and service responsibilities defined
  • Demonstration and sales materials according to the project
03 / HI-DRONIC

Distributor

You organise market coverage with a demonstration capability, technical contact, commercial follow-up and, if agreed, stock or spare parts.

  • Territory, objectives and resources documented
  • Products, ordering, delivery and after-sales duties agreed
  • Exclusivity only through a specific written agreement
04 / HI-DRONIC

White label

Commercialise an agreed mobile cleaning solution under your brand. We can adapt skid or vehicle appearance, agreed brochures and documentation around your specification.

  • Branding, vehicle or skid livery and documentation agreed
  • ‘Powered by HI-DRONIC’ positioning only if the contract includes it
  • Seller, invoicing, delivery, training, support and applicable compliance responsibilities made explicit
05 / HI-DRONIC

Franchise / master

A franchise or master project starts with a market study and a demonstrated operational capacity. Its launch, quality framework and support are defined before any rights are granted.

  • Country, target customers, team, technical skills, budget and timetable reviewed
  • Brand use, methods, equipment, training, quality and support set in a separate agreement
  • No entrance fee, royalty rate, return or exclusivity presumed

A shared operating framework

Who does what should be clear to the customer.

Sales & invoicing

Define who prospects, signs, invoices and communicates with the end customer.

Integration & handover

Confirm the equipment build, acceptance tests, delivery, operator training and documentation.

Support & territory

Set the parts, consumables, local service, branding rules and any territorial rights in writing.
