HI-DRONIC / GDPR
What personal data this website uses, why, for how long and how you remain in control.

We may receive your identity, company, role, email, telephone number, project details, site address, photographs, quotations, orders, invoices, contractual correspondence and support records. The hosting infrastructure may process IP address, request time, browser/device data and security logs. Clicking an email link opens your own email application; the site itself does not silently submit a contact form.
When you expressly choose “Analyse address”, the address is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim and, where a public outline is needed, to Overpass API. If you allow external maps, Esri World Imagery or OpenStreetMap tiles load in the local Leaflet/Geoman drawing tool. Providers receive request data such as IP address. The polygon and area calculation remain in your browser. The result is an estimate, not a survey.
We process enquiries and site data to take pre-contractual steps and perform contracts; accounting, product compliance, safety and authority records to meet legal duties; service, fraud prevention, network security, claim management and B2B relationship data for legitimate interests; and optional external maps or marketing imagery only where consent or another valid basis applies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Data is shared only as needed with hosting and email providers, professional advisers, logistics or customs providers, equipment and service partners, competent authorities and approved subcontractors. OpenStreetMap/Overpass receive address requests on your action; Google receives map data only after consent. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards or another lawful GDPR mechanism.
Enquiries are normally kept for up to three years after the last meaningful contact. Contract, accounting, tax, warranty, safety and compliance records are kept for the applicable statutory or limitation period. Consent records are kept only as long as needed to demonstrate and respect your choice. Security logs are retained for the hosting provider’s limited operational period. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary, unless a legal hold applies.
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), or the authority where you live or work. We may verify identity before acting.
The price calculator and map estimate do not make a legal or contractual decision about you; HI-DRONIC reviews the project before offering. We use proportionate organisational and technical controls, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be dated on this page.
